The refund will be made once the artwork has been received or once the buyer has provided proof that it has been returned, whichever occurs first. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

The above is without prejudice to any rights the buyer may have where the artwork received is damaged, defective or does not correspond to the artwork purchased.
